After childbirth you may experience a shift: your body is at once still yours and at the same time it can feel so different, changed, and even conflicted. This two hour workshop inlcludes experiential somatic exercises to process this shift, Pilates excercises to restructure support in your body, and cognitive tools to process new ways of moving, being, and understanding your phsycial and mental self.
