I often work with clients in periods of physical and psychological change: like puberty, post-partum, retirement from an athletic or dance career, menopause, diagnosis with a movement-disorder—sometimes, too, we all just reach a point where we catch a glance in the mirror, think a negative thought, start to move along and then think “wait, I don’t want to keep thinking and feeling this way.”
