Therapy Intensives
Compassion, curiosity, and a focused push
Therapy Intensives are standalone 3–4 hour psychotherapy sessions designed to focus deeply on one specific area of your life.
Rather than spreading the work over many weeks, intensives offer extended, protected time to slow down, concentrate, and go beneath the surface—allowing space to discuss, process, reimagine, and integrate both somatic and conceptual skills.
Therapy Intensives are well-suited for moments when something needs focused attention, such as a transition, decision point, or recurring pattern that hasn’t shifted with shorter sessions.
During an intensive, we may:
Clarify what’s happening and why it feels stuck
Trace patterns and their emotional or bodily roots
Process experiences with depth and care
Experiment with new perspectives or responses
Integrate somatic tools alongside insight-based work
Leave with greater clarity, direction, and next steps
Therapy Intensives can stand alone or complement ongoing therapy. They offer a contained, purposeful space to reset, realign, and move forward with intention—without committing to weekly sessions.
